Injunction

Page history last edited by Jacqui Gilliatt 2 yrs ago

Injunction : an injunction is a court order which orders someone not to do something or to do something. A common example of an injunction in UK family law is an order saying that a person is not to use or threaten to use violence, harass, intimidate or threaten someone. This is often referred to as a non-molestation injunction. Injunctions are also made to stop someone going to a particular property or trying to enter a property.
